The Pacific Airshow is soaring back to Huntington Beach on October 4, 5, and 6, 2024, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever! Since its debut in 2016, the Pacific Airshow® has quickly become the must-see “air” event in Southern California, attracting millions of visitors to the iconic shores of Huntington Beach. This spectacular event has grown to become the largest airshow in the United States by attendance, and it's easy to see why.

Over three action-packed days, the skies over Huntington Beach will be filled with the thunderous roar of jets and the dazzling aerobatic maneuvers of the world’s finest display teams. From the heart-pounding precision of military jet teams to the breathtaking stunts of civilian aerobatic performers, the Pacific Airshow delivers non-stop excitement for fans of all ages. But the fun doesn’t stop in the sky. Attendees can also enjoy an exhilarating boat race around Catalina Island, on-sand entertainment, and even signing sessions with their favorite airshow performers.
If you’re looking for the perfect spot to watch all the action, The Huntington Beach House is the place to be. Tips for a Successful Airshow Day
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at the Pacific Airshow, start by planning your arrival strategy. Expect heavy traffic and consider using Uber, Lyft, carpooling, or even walking or biking if feasible. If driving is your only option, be sure to follow all posted parking signs to avoid parking tickets or having your vehicle towed. Last year the beach parking was full by 8am!
Staying hydrated is crucial, so drink plenty of water throughout the day—October in Huntington Beach can be surprisingly hot. Protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Hunting Beach House will not have umbrellas as they block the views in the sky so plan accordingly!
They don’t allow outside food, beverages, and furniture (like chairs, coolers, umbrellas, or EZ-UPs). So leave those items at home. Lastly, bring earplugs or earmuffs, especially for kids. While the roar of the jets adds to the excitement, ear protection will keep everyone's hearing safe and enhance the overall experience.
So, mark your calendars and get ready for a weekend of high-flying excitement, sun-soaked fun, and unforgettable memories at the Pacific Airshow 2024. Whether you’re a seasoned airshow enthusiast or a first-time visitor, this is one event you won’t want to miss! Secure your tickets early and get ready to witness the ultimate air spectacle right from the sands of Huntington Beach.
